Registration Policy
Registration is now open.
Early registration deadline is March 17, 2012. All registrations must be received via the online registration form. The registrations are handled by Frens Conference Services. Please feel free to address all the questions related to registration payment directly to ddecs2012@frens.ee.
The registration fee (also the Student registration fee) includes participation in The Symposium, lunches and coffee breaks on 18, 19 and 20 April, Welcome Reception on 18 April and a Social Event (inc. Gala Dinner)on 19 April. The Regular registration fee includes proceedings as a book and on USB flash drive. The Student registration fee includes proceedings on USB flash drive only.

** Students must send a document from their universities signed by the head of the department that confirm their student status. The document should be sent to by fax or email to the Frens Conference Services.
- In order to be published in the conference proceedings each accepted Regular paper must be accompanied by at least one Regular registration and each accepted Student paper must be accompanied by at least one Student or Regular registration. Please provide your Paper ID in the registration form.

Cancellations and refund
Cancellations should be notified in writing by e-mail ddecs2012@frens.ee Your cancellation will be confirmed in writing.
Cancellations will be subject to the following conditions:
Cancellations received by 17 March 2012: 20% is held as administrative fee.
Cancellations received after 17 March 2012: no refund will be made.
All refunds will be processed after the meeting.
Payment
Registration fee can be payed by credit card or bank transfer.
