Visa Information

As of 21 December 2007, Estonia is a part of the Schengen visa area. Nationals of EU and EEA member states are free to enter Estonia. The required travel document for entry is a national ID card or passport.

Please refer to the page of Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the list of nationals who NEED / DO NOT need a visa for visiting Estonia.

In case invitation letters are needed, please send us:

  • your full name,
  • former name,
  • sex,
  • nationality,
  • mailing address and fax number,
  • date of birth,
  • birth place,
  • passport number
  • the dates of issue and expiry of the passport,
  • address.

Please note that invitation letters will be issued only to registered participants of the conference who already have paid the conference fee.
